A Task Engine Pro client can return their product at the end of the 7-day trial without any excuse. Returns are accepted only in the first 7 (seven) days. During this time period, Task Engine Pro agrees to refund for free.
BUYER can start their cancel/refund process within first 7 days of their purchase from the SELLER (Pandora X Yazılım Ara. Gel. Dan. Hiz. Ltd. Şti.) by contacting them via the contact form. After the cancellation of services, all information registered by the BUYER on the SELLER’s servers will be deleted permanently, and neither the BUYER nor SELLER can retrieve it. However, before cancellation, the BUYER can download their data from SELLER’s servers.
SELLER will refund BUYER’s payment within 7 days after receiving BUYER’s refund request; the refund will be made with the deduction of credit card / bank transfer fees. Refund may take longer than 7 days to appear in BUYER’s account.
Upgrade / Downgrade
BUYER can upgrade their package from taskenginepro.com at any time. If the BUYER wants to downgrade their service package, they will have to contact the SELLER.
Disputes lodged with payment agents
SELLER will keep all records under the registered email address of the BUYER. The BUYER can contact customer services via email or by logging in to their TASK ENGINE console. It should be noted that taskenginepro.com or any affiliated party cannot be held responsible for any breach to the BUYER’s email account.
If there is a dispute of ownership of the services on the SELLER, the account will be frozen until the dispute is sorted. We, the SELLER, are responsible to those who purchase our services. All other affiliates of the BUYER won’t receive any information regarding services that they purchased from us.
